How I Got Here
For the past 10 years, Ignatian spirituality has been at the core of my spiritual life. It has impacted my life in many ways, but most importantly, it has taught me how to discern God’s will for my life. In essence, it has given me a more directional faith.
I’m currently training as a spiritual director at Loyola University Chicago. I am working on a Christian Spirituality Master’s Degree with a focus in Spiritual Direction. Through this training, I am gaining the tools and insights to help you apply Ignatian spirituality to your own life.

What is Directional Faith?
If you’re familiar with Ignatian spirituality, you will have heard of these topics before. They are some of the core tenets of the practice, but my goal is to help you apply them to today’s modern world.
Through the Directional Faith website, you will learn how…
- To discern God’s will for your life.
- To find God in “all things.”
- To develop a more practical prayer life.
- To find “faith with a purpose.”
- To live “for the greater glory of God.”
But this blog will not be the only resource that will be available. This is just one piece of a much larger puzzle.

By day, I work in the IT industry, and my goal is to use that knowledge to engage with you in the ways that work best for your unique situation. This will include a YouTube channel, online spiritual direction, and in time, e-learning and traditional publishing (books and other printed resources).
